As a solo stylist operating a private suite, every appointment is reserved specifically for you. When appointments are canceled last minute or missed, it is often impossible to fill that time. To ensure fairness and respect for my schedule, the following policy applies: • 24–48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling request. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 45% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows and same-day missed appointments without communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
